Depression and anxiety can be overwhelming and exhausting. I support clients with managing their symptoms and processing the roller coaster of emotions that can happen in daily life. In this work, I incorporate mindfulness and meditation, support clients with processing trauma and negative childhood experiences, and help clients cultivate self-compassion and self-love.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents with eating disorders. I currently work in the Eating Disorder Outpatient Program at Kaiser Permanente. I support clients struggling with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, ARFID, exercise addiction, BED and orthorexia. In this work, I incorporate mindfulness and breath work, art therapy, CBT principles and family therapy.
Everyone deserves to heal and grow with the person they love. I help couples recognize their negative patterns and cycles, learn to communicate more effectively and openly, and build a stronger connection around safety and love. Much of my work is based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an empirically effective method for working with couples.
